MORE ABOUT EACH SPLIT


FULL BODY

YOU’LL NEED ACCESS TO GYM EQUIPMENT WITH THIS PROGRAM. IT WILL CONSIST OF 3 WORKOUTS PER WEEK. EACH PROGRAM WILL LAST 10 WEEKS. THIS IS A GREAT INTRODUCTORY TO THE GYM. AFTER COMPLETING EACH SEGMENT. IT MAY BE TIME TO ADVANCE DOWN TO OUR UPPER/LOWER PROGRAM.

UPPER/LOWER

YOU’LL NEED ACCESS TO GYM EQUIPMENT WITH THIS PROGRAM. IT WILL CONSIST OF 4 WORKOUTS PER WEEK. EACH PROGRAM WILL LAST A TOTAL OF 10 WEEKS. AFTER MAKIG YOUR WAY THROUGH 3 DIFFERENT SPLITS THE PUSH/PULL/LEGS PROGRAM IS AWAITING.

PUSH/PULL/LEGS

YOU’LL NEED ACCESS TO GYM EQUIPMENT. THIS IS THE PROGRAM FOR THOSE WHO ARE READY TO COMMIT TO MORE TIME IN THE GYM. THIS SPLIT WILL BE 5 DAYS AND WILL LAST 10 WEEKS. WITH 3 SEGMENTS TO COMPLETE YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO LEARN. FOLLOWING THAT YOU CAN ADVANCE TO THE NEXT CHALLENGE COMING.

DUMBBELLS ONLY

YOU’LL NEED ACCESS TO DUMBBELLS. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES ACCOUNTABILITY WITH MINIMAL EQUIPMENT. IT LASTS 10 WEEKS AND IS A GREAT SEGWAY TO STRENGTH TRAINING AS A WHOLE. THERE ARE THREE 10 WEEK SEGMENTS YOU CAN COMPLETE BEFORE ADVANCING ONTO THE NEXT CHALLENGE.

BANDS ONLY

YOU’LL NEED ACCESS TO BANDS. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES ACCOUNTABILITY WITH VERY MINIMAL EQUIPMENT. IT LASTS 10 WEEKS AND IS A GREAT WAY TO FORM BETTER HABITS. THIS SEGMENT ONLY LAST FOR 10 WEEKS. YOU CAN CONTINUE TO PUSH ON OR LOOK TO ADD DUMBBELLS TO YOUR COLLECTION OR EVEN TRY THE GYM OUT AND ONE OF OUR MORE ADVANCED SPLITS.
